Soundbath for Groups
Breathwork + Meditation
We start off with a soft meditation that leads into light breathwork. We use this time to ground, slip off the weight of our everyday lives just for this moment. To dedicate this time to fill our own cup and relax.
Intuitive Soundbath
Then we move onto the Soundbath where I play instruments intuitively based on the circle. No two sessions will be the same for this reason. I use a combination of popular instruments like sound bowls, harps, as well as instruments connected to my roots and culture, like Mesoamerican flutes, drums and more.
Integration
We sit in community and I provide oracle cards for anyone that wishes to receive message. Optional tea bar, or a mini pop-up makers market available as experiences too to finish off the session of song and prayer.
Individual Soundbath Groups
Limpia with Traditional Herbs
We start off with a limpia or cleansing with traditional herbs like rue, rosemary and more. We open the space for only your benevolent guides, ancestors and guardian angels to help guide and protect our session
Intentional Soundbath
Then we move onto an Intentional Soundbath that we both co-create together from any intentions that you may mention or things you wish to open, celebrate or release. I use a combination of popular instruments like sound bowls, harps, as well as instruments connected to my roots and culture, like mesoamerican flutes, drums and more.
Integration
We finish the session and make space for what was opened, for what vibrated or released. It is ever my honor to hold that space for anything that comes up. ❤️ Options from here include pulling oracle cards for messages or a magical journaling/affirmation session to finish things off.

A sound ceremony intended to open, clear and bring in the energy of blessings into a space. We will work to solidify your prayers with a combination of sound and intention, whether it be prayers of abundance for a new business, or prayers of love and prosperity for a new home, or more.
Limpia with Traditional Herbs
Feeling stuck, stagnant or like something needs to be released? We are vibrational beings made-up of all the elements and just like Mother Earth uses rain and fire, we also need to clear and cleanse. This ceremony will help release the old and welcome in the new.
